FAQ

Q: Is there a difference between discount store bikes and the bikes sold at Cycle Path?

A: YES! We carry more sizes-styles-models and ride-customizable options than mass-merchandise stores. We take the time to fit you to your ride- and show you the right accessories to complete your pre-ride preparation. Try a test drive and let us show you the differences between equipment levels in every price-range.

Q: What is the difference between equipment 'repair' and 'maintenance'?

A: At Cycle Path, our repair bay is capable of performing repairs upon your broken or out-of-tune bicycles and outdoor equipment nearly every day of the year. However, with the scheduling of preventative maintenance of your bike, skis, BowFlex machine, etc.- we can extend the life of your equipment- and save you money! Ask our technicians about the benefits of a preventative maintenance schedule for your outdoor equipment today...

Q: Do I need those funny spandex shorts with the butt-pad in them to be a proper bike rider?

A: Certainly not! But if you find yourself riding more than 10 miles in a given trip.... you may want to heed those crazy-looking lycra-clad people! Every outdoor sport has specific clothing or footwear requirements that are diverse and ever-changing. Let us help you find the EXACT gloves/shorts/parka/etc  to match your need.

Q: Can I actually try out merchandise before I purchase?

A: YES! We encourage test drives as part of outfitting of any of our sporting equipment. We also regularly schedule seasonal demos of our outdoor gear throughout the year. Give us a call!
